Why do we do what we do and how you can help support Living Bread?

Only one third of individuals struggling with anorexia nervosa in the United States obtain treatment.

46% of 9-11 year-olds are very often, on diets and 25% of college-aged women engage in bingeing and purging.

Approximately 24 million people in the U.S. struggle with an eating disorder. Almost 50% of these people also meet the criteria for depression.

4 out of 10 individuals have experienced an eating disorder or know someone who has.

Living Bread is supported almost entirely from generous support by community members. Any support is appreciated.

It’s not only financial assistance we need. Volunteers are a crucial componant to Living Bread’s growth!
